CHALLENGE
A solution that seeks to identify important habits and actions in the learning process. Our mission is to make the learning journey more rewarding and effective for everyone.
The goal is to build a distance learning platform that can inspire and engage students, enabling them to overcome distractions and complete their study activities successfully.

THE PROBLEM
With the rise of online learning platforms, studying remotely has become easier. However, along with this convenience, challenges arise that affect students, teachers, and even those who invest in these platforms.
The problem is that many students end up giving up on online learning, which impacts everyone: students, teachers, and even the platform creators. They feel unmotivated and can’t see progress in their studies. This happens because the platforms lack tools to keep students engaged and focused.
Solving this not only improves business but also keeps students happy and motivated, which benefits everyone.
COMPETITOR ANALYSIS
We carry out competitor research to understand how our direct competitors are solving problems and identify opportunities for improvement, developing more effective strategies, ensuring a competitive advantage in the market.
USER SURVEY
To understand the needs, desires and behaviors of users of a product, it is essential that User Research is carried out. With it, by understanding users' needs, it is possible to create more effective and satisfactory solutions, which in the end, ensure that the user has a good experience when using a product or service.

Looking for courses to make a career transition
"Congratulations, for studying the topic! The pandemic gave a new meaning to EAD, before I didn't care, I thought the quality was bad, but I changed my concept, it was what allowed me to make a career transition, to continue in the "game" in an updated way !"
PERSONA AND USER JOURNEY
An important step in better understanding our target audience was creating the persona Clara Santos. She was developed based on the data collected from both quantitative and qualitative research.
SOLUTION
REWARDS
After collecting valuable information through research and in-depth analysis, we realized that to keep the student motivated until the end of the course, a rewards system would be welcome.
For each module completed, each quiz answered and each case delivered, the student earns a predefined amount of points. When the student finishes the course , they will be able to exchange the points obtained for money , once they have reached the goal of 1000 points.
The reward redeemed by the student will be equivalent to 20% of the course value , in this way, they will be able to recover part of the investment made, without harming the course's income .
WIREFRAMES
After completing all the analyses, we began working on the medium-fidelity prototype to bring our ideas to life. For this, we dove into the Figma design platform.
These simpler visual representations helped us sketch out the layout of key elements and the interaction logic, allowing us to visualize the user journey more accurately.
USABILITY TESTING
We conducted a usability test with the medium fidelity prototype of our platform.
By analyzing the tests of our users interacting with the platform, we identify areas for improvement and refine navigability.

Task presented greater difficulty to execute
After analyzing the usability test results, it became clear that we needed to improve the chat with friends view . We realized that this functionality was fundamental for user interaction and community growth within the platform.
DESIGN SYSTEM
The Design System is an essential tool for maintaining brand consistency, improving design efficiency, and providing a high-quality, intuitive user experience. It works as a map that guides all visual aspects, being a vital element for designers.

PROTOTYPE
Finally, after some changes to the interface and application of colors, typography, images and defined components, we reached the last stage: prototyping .
CONCLUSION
After finishing this case study, I can see how much I developed working as a team, improving essential skills such as communication and division of tasks, in addition to evolving in all aspects in the UX area.
I am very happy and excited to continue growing professionally, applying and improving my UX skills in future projects.
